Prints or digital photographs can be used.
The image should have good contrast and be in focus. The subject(s) should not be to close to the edges.
We recommend you scan the image and email it to support@photocustomclocks.com.
All photos that are emailed must be in the jpeg format.
If you are sending a printed photograph it will not be damaged and will be returned with your order.
We suggest you sandwich the image in cardboard before mailing.
If you are sending a hard copy, we are not responsible for damage from shipping.
We strongly recommend you do not send original copies of irreplaceable photos.
Keep in mind that the size of the image determines the size of the clock.
Please let us know whether you want the entire picture used or just part of the picture zoomed in.
We would like to have the whole picture then we will do the cropping ourselves if needed.
